questions about Unix sudo equivalent application for Windows 2008 R2 server

Hi,

1. I am looking for an application that can run Unix sudo equivalent commands on Windows 2008 R2 server, so far, I found 2 sudo applications, surun and sudowin. Does any one has experience with either one of the application? I need advice about these 2 applications.

2. I have a Windows 2008 R2  server uses RSA SecurID for authentication. surun and sudowin both use AD domain authentication. Is there any other sudo application can deplore the RSA SecureID authentication?
