backing up certificate templates

Dear All ,

How to backup certificate templates

i'm following this procedure http://blogs.technet.com/b/pki/archive/2010/04/20/disaster-recovery-procedures-for-the-active-directory-certificate-services-adcs.aspx

But everytime i run the script (logged in as CA adminstrator / backup operator) my certificate template backup carries "Access denied" message

CEPEncryption: CEP Encryption -- Auto-Enroll: Access is denied.
