Tests using an unsigned CSP

In order to validate a reference standard we are researching a CSP (Cryptographic Service Provider) prototype to specific use on the Windows environment.

As a rule, Microsoft requires that all DLLs in a CSP developed by third parties to be digitally signed. The Microsoft environment returns an error if the DLL associated with the CSP has not been signed or if the digital signature is incorrect. This requires sending DLL to Microsoft itself, so that the company can digitally sign the DLL third party.

The Microsoft itself informs on its official technical documentation, how to perform the tests using a CSP unsigned. However, when using the information provided by Microsoft using a CSP unsigned, the error "CPAcquireContext: 80090006" occurs indicating invalid signature.

Does anybody knows how to solve this problem or the way to get in touch with the Microsoft's team for this subject?
