I wonder if somebody can help me clarifying this issue.
I have installed Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard with SP1 on a new server. All Users (direct connected or remote desktop connected) do complain about big latency when accessing outside Websites with Certificates.
All existing patches have been installed.
I have found a corrective patch KB955805 that reports this issue for Windows Server 2008. It seems to be the solution, but when trying to install it, I am getting a rejection with a message stating:This corrective patch does not apply to your machine.
The difference is that mine is running Windows Server 2008 R2 STD instead.
The problem experienced on all platforms IE9/IE10/Firefox/Opera and Chrome.
I can't find equivalent patch for the R2 version of Windows.
Any idea folks????
