Standalone Root CA with an Enterprise Intermediate/Sub CA. Issue noticed when trying to "create domain certificate" from IIS Manager. When asked to select online certificate authority, the Sub CA does not show up. Also attempted to issue a certificate
to a computer using the certificates MMC. Was issued by the wrong/old CA server. New Sub CA shows up in Sites and Services as an Enrollment server and also shows up when running "certutil" at the CLI. Sub CA is on a member server. Also tried to publish
the Standalone Root CA certificate using "certutil -dsPublish -f ……." and it was successful but still does not solve the issue. Unable to find a solution on Google for days. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
