LSA Protection - LSASS.exe registry key missing

Hi, 

I wish to protect LSASS on2016 Server Standard.

But the registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\LSASS.exe

does not exist? 

How to protect on 2016 Server?
