Alert: The default NTFS security settings have not been applied to Active Direct

Hi 

I am receiving the Alert:The default NTFS security settings have not been applied to Active Directory. Please let me know, what is the solution to Resolve this one. As existed solutions are of no use. I am using Windows 2008 R2 SP1 Infrastructure.
