we have recently migrated an international office into our domain in the UK. We have migrated user, group, computer and mailboxes using ADMT server.
Certain users from their finance dept used to access the tax agency and had to have a certificate on the personal area to do so.
Since after the migration these users cannot access the website area anymore. The ssl connections is established but I think it fails in the handshake between public and private keys.
I am wondering whether during the user migration the certificate becomes invalid.
The solution would be to re-install the original certificate, however they cannot remember the original password setup. We are requesting a new certificate, but I would like to know whether the migration has something to do with that.
I would appreciate your comments.
