All users are part of the Domain Users AD group on workstations that are part of a single domain. All have group-level permissions on the network share in question.
User A has a folder called Mail on a shared drive on the network. User B scans a document at her computer and saves it into User A's mail folder. However User A cannot see it. User B can see it, and Users C and D can see it too. I then explicitly define User A with Full Control in the Security settings of the file, but she still cannot see it.
I (as the admin) moved the file out of the folder to my desktop, then moved it back, and now User A can see it. Again, everyone has the same Domain User privileges. Any ideas why the file is not visible to User A?
