Restricted RPC dynamic ports in trust scenarios? (Do we need to restrict the DCs?)

Hi there!

My situation is as follows:

• We have some servers running SharePoint in a resource domain "A".
• The clients and user accounts are in domain "B", and there is a two-way trust between domains A and B.
• On the SharePoint servers, we have limited the RPC dynamic ports to a range of 100 ports.

After the above, end users using the SharePoint servers in domain A have intermittent problems resolving user accounts from domain B.

My question is: Do we have to restrict the dynamic RPC ports on the domain controllersin domains A and B?
