PKI AD CS, Exchange and Outlook

hello all !

I have a problem to implement SMIME.

I configured a Microsoft PKI (2008 R2) issuing certificates to users (one model for encrypt and one model to sign). Certificates are also published in AD (no problem of access rights).
The problem I have is when using the recipient's certificate to encrypt the mail ...
Indeed, despite well as certificates appear in the global catalog, outlook does not seem to use the certificate. It is necessary to add the certificate to the local address book in order to encrypt the mail ...
Do you have a path to follow? Knowing that in active directory, the user has the certificates on his profile... i don't understand why outlook won't use them (or no see them?) !

to resume: i see user's certificates in the contact global list butbut i can't use it if i don't copy them in my local contact list !

:)
