Out client is running Exchange 2010 on Windows 2008 R2. Their Internet access speed 20M for download and 4MB for upload. If they let the Exchange runs for a coupe days, the whole network have a problem to access the Internet and the upload speed lows to 1BM. Eventually, no one can send email. The only solution is rebooting the Exchange, then every thing is back to normal for a couple days. A coupe day ago, they found some virus and have removed them. However, that doesn’t fix the slow issue.
1, Which tool does you recommend to use to monitor the outgoing traffic?
2. Can we configure Windows firewall to block outgoing traffics? If yes, what should we block?
