How trace user by logon id

Hi,

Is there a way to find from which computer is logged a user based on the logon id recorded on the event id?

We have several event ids from same user with a specific  logon id, but since is a service account is giving us troubles to determine on which machine is comming, so I'm wondering if there is a way to get from what machine\application is being used that service account.
