Log all file modification from a specific folder

Hello!

I haven't found anything related and i need to track all files modification to from a specific folder.

For instance, i'm using a ERP called Microsiga Protheus on my business. It has a folder that contains all codes, and it's on C:\Microsiga\ on my server (is running windows server 2012).

Since i want to track all changes that my IT guys are implementing, i would like to block the access to the C:\Microsiga\ folder and log all modifications that may occur on this folder.

Do windows have any application to manage the modifications on a folder?

Can i use any program to "migrate" a file into a folder and generate the log? (only the program will have modification access to the folder).
