Server 2008 R2 - User passwords resets automatically

Hi All,

I'm new to this forum and I hope this is posted in the right forum. And I'd like to note that I'm not an expert in Server 2008.

Currently, I'm ren ting a Server 2008 R2 from a dedicated server hosting company. They give me access to my server via Remote Desktop.

For some reasons (and reasons the hosting company doesn't even know), every month or month and half, the passwords to the different user accounts gets reset and I can no longer log into Windows.

And every time this happens, I need to create a ticket asking the hosting company to reset the password so that I can access again.

I'm the only user logging into the server, so I know that I did not change the password. I also know about the the options under User Accounts where you can select to check any of the checkboxes (Password Never Expires, User must chnage password, etc...) and I always make sure that the box "Password Never Expires" is checked.

The only thing I can say is I feel like this is happening if I do not login to the server for several days, maybe 1 week or so, if this can be any indication.

Is there something I can do or a log I can look at to see what is causing this or prevent this from happening again?
