I am playing now with DHCP and DNS, particulary with dynamic secure updates. As I understand it is used to allow only AD-authenticated users to
register their DNS records. But the question is - if I have enabled option "Enable dynamic DNS updates" on my DHCP server, and "allow only secure updates" on my DNS, any client which use DHCP to obtain IP address (workgroup client f.e.),
also gain it's own DNS record created by DHCP server. So does that mean, that using "Enable dynamic DNS updates" on my DHCP server discard all benefits of "allow only secure updates" options in my DNS? Can I use dynamic updates in DHCP,
to allow registration only if DHCP client is AD authenticated?
