Using a single SSL certificate for multiple applications

We have a test environment running TMG 2010, Exchange 2010, SharePoint 2010 and web hosting services. OWA and SharePoint are currently accessed via HTTP on port 80 and we want to make this secure using an SSL certificate.

Question: Instead of getting a wildcard SSL certificate and then using sub-domains for these different services i.e. webmail.domain.com, sharepointsite.domain.com,www.domain.com can I simply use one certificate such as test.domain.com and then add it to the different TMG listeners?

Would I have to change host headers in IIS to achieve this so that web-based applications don't clash using one external name only?

Each service has its own dedicated IP address with corresponding public DNS name.
Thanks
