Im' studiyng for the 70-640 certification and i was impement a simple scenario with a DC a CA on a member server and a client. I have installed and i started to create file to encrypt, but there is something i don't undestand about the behaviour of Basic EFS certificate.

I do this:

A user log on the client and open from mmc the snap in certificates and request a Basic EFS Certificate from the CA, and it works. The user get a certificates Basic EFS. When I get Access on the file server and i create an encrypted file this file was encrypted with another certificate not the certificates that i got before form the CA.

If i create a file locally on the client computer this file was encrypted with the certificate i request from the CA. Which is the problem? When i create a file on remote server automatically the remote server create another certificates even if a had a valid certificates from a CA??

TANKS FOR THE HELP
