Cannot stop user "servr" from creating user account and using 99% cpu in task svchost

For W2008R2 that has been running successfully for several years, recently noticed task svchost with user name servr consuming 99% of the cpu cycles.  Deleted user servr, but it keeps coming back.  When user servr reappears, it is executing the following tasks: caller64, cmd, conhost, dwm, explorer, iTunesHelper, rdpclip,SSMMgr, svchost, taskhost.

Any ideas on what this means or how to get rid of it will be greatly appreciated,
