Windows 2008 R2 - Multiple Vendor DNS Query ID Field Prediction Cache Poisoning

Hi Guys

Recently we had our audit report last month, one of the finding make me confused, we has one item call "Multiple Vendor DNS Query ID Field Prediction Cache Poisoning " in risk level is high.  I did go through below article, it's seem need to patches the server, but i unable to find patches for the Windows 2008 R2.

I have be done the disable recursion follow by this link http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee683907(v=WS.10).aspx

the result still the same. Possibility happen on Firewall ?  Anything miss up on configuration on External DNS Server ?
