Windows server 2008 R2 Restore Option

Hi I have Domain Controller with windows server 2008 R2 operating system , also I have installed shrepoint 2013 and exchange server 2007 in same server , right now my server is not booting properly , I think my Hard disk is gone bad , I try to repair using chkdsk /r/f command , I get so many errors when its running , and I can able to boot with DSRM mode , I don't have any server backup and this is my additional domain controller , can we able to resolve this issue?

Restore option is available for windows server 2008 R2 servers?
