Trying to copy a certficate to a smart card

This blog article http://blogs.technet.com/b/pki/archive/2007/11/13/manually-importing-keys-into-a-smart-card.aspx

says to use : certutil –csp "Microsoft Base Smart Card Crypto Provider"–importpfx {PFXfile}

But on windows 2008 , I don't see -csp option.

Any suggestions ?
