How Can I View Certificate Store for a Specific User on a Remote Machine

I am working on a project to implement 802.1x wireless authentication.  This will require both computer and user certificates in the local certificates store on each computer using wireless.

I know the Certificates console will allow a connection to a remote computer and allow the computer's local certificate store to be managed.

I'm looking for a method to view and manage a specific user's local certificate store on a remote machine.  In a perfect world, I'd like to delegate the rights to at least view the local store for both the computer and the logged on user to Help Desk staff.

Any suggestions on methods for doing so would be welcome.
