Intermediate Certificate Authorities

Hi, i need to import a set of certificates coming from our global partner but the problem is, these certificates should be stored in "Intermediate Certificates Authorities" but the problem is our DC is just Windows Server 2003 SP2 and I believe that only Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 can create a gp for importing certificates under "Intermediate Cert Auth"

workaround would be creating a script (certutil) for this task but to be honest, I'm not that good in scripting certificates, any idea as to how will I start this script?
