cert enrollment using mmc

I am trying to enroll a cert using mmc,  this user "test123" has an AD account and has read and enroll right on  the  cert template.

 I log on to the domain on the user pc using the user account "test123" and ran mmc. At the end of the wizard i saw the enrollment pending status

 I  logged on to the CA and i did issued the cert

 On the user PC, i was not able to see the cert in the "personal store" . I am wondering why the cert was installed in the "active directory user object store" and not the "personal store"

 Also when I looked in the "certificate  enrollment request store". I observed that it says "not available" in the issued to and issued by

Any help for the explanation will be appreaciated.
