Migrating ADCS document

Hello,

The most recent Migration Guide for ADCS http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn486797.aspx

is in conflict with previous versions, e.g. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee126140(v=ws.10).aspx

in that the latest version for 2012 R2 states that "the destination CA name must not be identical to the destination computer name. "

In previous docs, they all recommend the target hostname = CA name = source hostname.

Can someone confirm this is new and intended for 2012 R2 ?
