Can you please help us identify the problem wherein all users in our company cannot send emails outside the organisation with the following message:
"Your message wasn't delivered because of security policies. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.
The following organization rejected your message:
mel-relay01.ispone.net.au.

Is it something to do with ourMicrosoft Action Pack subscription Renewal. We did just pay 1 day before it expires and it's a coincidence that the problem occur today same day that it expire.
