Web Application Proxy received a request with a non-valid access cookie signature

hi
my enviroment includes adfs server and web application proxy server that configured and connect
perfectly and in the recent days my web application proxy on my application event log report for
 id: 12011
"Web Application Proxy received a request with a non-valid access cookie signature"
i looking forward to figure out why is that happened with no sense , also 
in my adfs i work with parameter:
"AccessCookiesEncryptionKey" 
if anyone can bring me a piece of information that would guide me out
