I have Windows Server 2008 and have looked around for ways to secure the passwords. I have set the complexity Requirements but is there a way to enter Key words that cannot be used as part of the password. I would like to restrict certain words from being allowed. Also is there a way to require a larger change in the password when a change is required.
Many of the users simply change the number at the end of there password or the special character changes each time. I have attempted to tell users to not do this but they continue to do it so I would like to enforce it inside windows.
