File Server Access Under Active directory

hello all;

I have active directory server and file server user that AD domain , I shared one folder in File Server as "E:\File Server" under this directory every group have one folder and under these folders every user has a folder .

I need to set permission for "E:\File Server" that every users when open in run "\\File Server IP Address\File Server\" just see own group folder and under this group folder just see own folder .

for example : user "SBM" are in group "IT".

                      In file server we have : "E:\File Server\IT\SBM\"

                      I want to when user "SBM" use "\\File Server IP Address\File server\" just see folder "\IT" and under IT just see folder "\SBM".
