Does Windows Server 2012 R2 support 2 node failover clustering for a Certificate Authority solution?

In a 2 tier PKI hierarchy, does Windows Server 2012 R2 support 2 node failover clustering for a Certificate Authority Solution? If so, will it cover both Root CA and Issuing CA?

Also if yes, is there any official document which states that it is supported?
