Why can't I publish ANYTHING using Web App Proxy?

I'm really tearing my hair out here. I've gone through every MS TechNet article, step-by-step. Tried every blog suggestion, followed every expert guide but I still can't get Web App Proxy to publish anything properly.

I'm using Windows 2012 R2 for the ADFS and WAP servers. They see each other just fine. WAP's Remote Access Management console says that the WAP is working properly. When I publish a web application it picks up the ADFS server'sRelying Party Trust correctly. When I try to browse to the site externally I get the correctSign On page and it signs me on just fine. After that I just get an HTTP 500 errorand IE says that it cannot display the page.

The only clue I have is in the WAP server's event log. It gives me the following sequence of messages:

Event ID 14027: Web Application Proxy received an HTTP request with a valid edge token.

followed by:

Event ID 13019: Web Application Proxy cannot retrieve a Kerberos ticket on behalf of the user because of the following general API error: No credentials are available in the security package (0x8009030e)

followed by:

Web Application Proxy encountered an unexpected error while processing the request. Error: No credentials are available in the security package (0x8009030e)

In desperation, I have set the WAP server's delegation to Trust this computer for delegation to any service (Kerberos only)but it still makes no difference.

Help please...
