How can I give permissions to the user "Network Service" so it can access the local machine root certificate storage?

Hello,

I am trying to give permissions to the user "Network Service" so it can access the local machine root certificate storage, but I am not sure if I am doing it right. In the Registry Editor in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ->SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> SystemCertificates" I gave permissions to that user, but I don't know if this is the right way. 

Any idea given will be really helpful.
