i would like to generate a SHA256 certificate request on my Windows Server 2003R2. I've tried to do this with the certreq tool with the "HashAlgorithm=SHA256" in the inf file. this does not work and generates an error. My question is: Is there a way to generate a Certificte request file von Windows Server 2003? If there is a way, can someone please explain, how? Or which way do I have to go?
