how to give permission to this system

I have one windows server 2008 .  5 users

3 users are active directory users

2 user are non active directory but same work group

i was created one shared folder in server 2008  

under that shared folder created  3 other folders also (a,b,c)

now i want to give full permission of shared folder  to 1 non active directory user

and

under that shared folders there is 1 folder    full permission of that  go to active directory user
