restored CA not showing one of the certifcates

backstory: I've migrated from 2003 to 2008 R2. I have an enterprise issuing CA. I did a restore private key and database. All is working except when I right click on the CA -> properties -> and the General tab, it's only showing me two of my certs. Certificate #0 (expired) as it should be, and Certificate #2, which is currently good until 2014. The thing is I also have a third cert which is valid until 2018 and is the cert the old server was using. I can't figure out why this cert is not in the list. On the original server I migrated from it was in the list and working fine.

My first thought was maybe the intermediate cert is expiring soon....verified and imported the updated Intermediate cert that doesn't expire for far beyond 2018. So it doesn't seem like a cert that's less than it's half life issue. Funny thing is if I view certificates the cert I want to use is installed and says I do have a private key for it.

So jumping to the Certificates snap-in:

I have the two certs mentioned in the first paragraph and I have a third cert (with "You have a private key that corresponds to this certificate"), the one I expected and want listed in the Certificate Authority -> properties -> general tab. So what gives?
