Load balance requests to CA servers ?

We are implementing an MDM solution (AirWatch) along with an internal PKI on Windows Server 2012 R2.

We have 2 Enterprise issuing CAs configured with the same certificate templates.

AirWatch can be configured to only request certificates from a single CA at a time.

Question: Is it possible (and supported by Microsoft) to put the CA servers behind a VIP on a load balancer, so that certificate requests can be distributed between the 2 CA servers ?
