MS patch is getting detected by Nessus vulnerability scanner even the it's showing not required while installing manually

Hello Guys,

The below updates is getting detected by nessus vulnerability scanner even  it's showing not required while installing manually for Windows server 2008 SP2 and Windows server 2008 R2 SP1 for x64 bit architecture. Could anybody please suggest.
