I've installed a new Root and Subordinate CA in my network.when I want to start service in subordinate CA there is an error:The revocation function was unable to check revocation because the revocation server was offline.by the way,It can't verify
the path of the crtl and Crt files as you can see in the bellow:

by the way,the DC and aditional are 2003 and CA OSs are 2008 R2.
What is the problem and how I can solve it?
