How to undo certutil –dspublish in CA

I've implemented 2-tier CA Hierarechy PKI in the network. after I ran this command:certutil –dspublish –f rootca.crt RootCA , some certificates are issuing automatically by the Issuer, while I have not published any Group policy to issue cert in the domain automatically. by the way, users didn't request to give cert.
