Turn off "Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration is enabled"

In XP/2003 I can turn off the "Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration is enabled" in IE in the Add/Remove programs.

How do I do this in Windows Server 2003 / Longhorn?
