We are having some Quickbooks problems were Remote Desktop users can't create PDF's from invoices. It says unable to create PDF & try again. Quickbooks support is trying to login in remotely (not thru RD) & wants to login as ADMINISTRATOR to change some IE security settings & other things. I told them SBS 2011 ADMINISTRATOR is disabled by default & gave them another login called ADMIN which has administrator rights. They claim they MUST have the ADMINISTRATOR login to do what they need & are being very stubborn about it.
My question is, in SBS 2011 how do you enable the Administrator account?
