I need to create an NFS share on a Win2K8 R2 server. I've installed Services for Unix on the target server and Identify Management for Unix on a domain controller. I have no need for full password synchronization between Unix and AD, so I downloaded the getusers.ksh and makeusers.ksh scripts and have successfully imported all the Unix account names into AD. However, when I try to create an NFS share I am unable to assign any permissions. The 'Add Clients and Client Groups' window is blank and the 'Add' button is greyed out.
Under the properties for Services for Network File System I have the Identity Mapping Source set to 'Active Directory domain name' with the internal AD domain specified. Am I missing something after importing the user accounts?
Thanks in advance. I can find very little information on this topic anywhere!
