A bit of background, currently have our CA on a 2003 server with two domain controllers one domain controller is 2008 R2 and one is still 2003 (in the process of creating a new 2008 R2 one). The 2003 one, along with other not DC 2008 R2 servers are able
to request a certificate, however the 2008 R2 domain controller does not and I receive the following errors: Certificate enrollment for Local system failed to load policy from policy servers with ID {C1EDF71B-5396-4C4A-8BAB-21F5063670E7} (The specified network
password is not correct. 0x80070056 (WIN32: 86)) Certificate enrollment for Local system failed in authentication to policy servers with ID {C1EDF71B-5396-4C4A-8BAB-21F5063670E7} (The specified network password is not correct. 0x80070056 (WIN32: 86)) Certificate
enrollment for Local system failed because no valid policy can be obtained from policy servers with ID {C1EDF71B-5396-4C4A-8BAB-21F5063670E7} I'm not sure what password it means, I'm logged in as the same account I can request certs with from other servers.
This same DC sometimes loses connection with DPM, not sure if it's related. Any idea? Thanks Ross
