Windows Server 2008 (R2): Grant specific Permission to view Service State

Hello!

I´ve got the following security question:

Scenario:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (5.0) should be installed on a new
application Server (W2K8R2) with the Database on an existing
separate SQL Server (SQL2K8R2). The SQL Server is clustered (WSFC).

Here´s the problem:

I don´t want to give the CRM Administrative Account administrative
rights on the Cluster Node where the SQL Server instance is currently
running. This is the recommendation from CRM.

It seems that CRM only needs this permission to get the status of the
SQL Server Agent Service during the installation process.

Now I´m searching for the following solution:

I want to give the CRM Administrative Account only the neccessary Rights
to view the state of the SQL Server Agent Service.

How could I realize this?

Many Thanks in advance!
