I wonder if anyone can assist with a small issue I'm having. I recently created a Public Key Infrastructure following Kurt Hudson's guide herehttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh831348.aspx
If you're reading this Kurt, it's a great guide but I'm struggling with one step.
I've created the RootCA and everything seems OK. However, when I install the subordinate CA and submit the request, the certificate that is generated only has a validity period 1 year and not the 3 that I need. This means I'm going to need to bring the Root online once a year right?
How do I ensure that the issuing CAs cert has the right validity period?
Regards
Tony
